Pure Referral Program
All opportunitities categorized under the pure referral program do not require you to send us your resume. In this program we advertise certain positions, and if a candidate meets the job requirements we refer that candidate directly to the body handling the position. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the job criteria.
All we require from you is your email address, and full name. Your details will never be shared or stored as per our privacy policy. Please do not send us your details if you do not meet the job requirements.
The party handling the position will then send you an email invitation to apply for the position in question. If you feel the position is suitable you will then be prompted to apply, but you will also be given the choice to decline the invitation. The power is always in your hands.
If we manage to match the right candidate to a position, and the candidate is succesful in attaining that vacancy, we receive a small referral reward from the employer for our efforts.
