Associate Careers acts as a referrer between potential employee and employer. We seek to find the best candidate for top level jobs available worldwide. The best candidate in our opinion is one that meets all the job requirements, and as such we do not forward resumes of candidates who do not meet the requirements for any given position to the employer.
We also engage in a pure referral program. In this instance we do not require your Resume. If you fit the requiremnets for a position in this category, you send us your email address and full name, and we refer you to the body handling the position in question. Our duty is to ensure that we always refer high quality candidates to various companies across the globe. Our reputation as a referrer is at stake and under no circumstance will we refer an inexperienced candidate to an employer. We search for the right candidates through online job portals and career opportunity platforms in an attempt to match an available opportunity with a job seeker.
We are not an employment agency and we do not store or hold candidates resumes. When we find a suitable candidate we forward the resume to the employer and if the employer is interested in that candidate, the employer will contact the candidate directly.
